Returns
At Halbber, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase.
Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
